Urgent Care We provide same or next-day evaluation for urgent medical problems including care of minor injuries, and diagnosis and treatment of problems appropriate to primary care (e.g. colds, illness, minor accidents; conditions that do not require emergency, hospital or specialist care).

Preventive CareWe provide thorough periodic physical exams and health screenings for adults and children of all ages. These include current state-of-health evaluation and recommendations to improve your future health and wellbeing.

Chronic Disease ManagementWe provide state-of-the-art primary and preventive care for chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis as well as primary care of some mental and behavioral health disorders.

After Hours CoverageWe provide after-hours phone coverage for all our patients. When you call our office afterhours, the physician on call has remote access to your medical record and will be able to assist you with your needs. Since our after-hours coverage is shared by all our physicians, there is a chance that when you call, you will not be speaking with your own provider. Prescription refill requests are best handled during office hours. Please call 24-48 hours prior to needing the medications.

Hospital CareIf hospital care is required, our physicians will admit you to Northside Forsyth Hospital and make daily rounds. Our physicians will have complete access to all your medical records through remote access to our office.
